Calling all midlife women:
It’s time to take your hormone health into your own hands.
The Mastering Midlife & Menopause Course is designed for women who are ready to feel empowered in their hormone journey. Discover the right treatment options to improve your symptoms, promote overall wellness, and make the transition into menopause seamless.
No one told you hormones would have such an impact on your life one day.
Sure, you saw your mom, her friends, and several midlife movie characters go through menopause. But when it happens to you? You feel alone. Confused. Maybe even scared.
Not only do you no longer feel like yourself. You’re dealing with symptoms that leave you feeling horrible every day — from hot flashes to itchy skin to trouble sleeping.
But test results say there’s “nothing wrong” and your doctor told you it’s only hormones.
2 million women enter menopause each year.
That’s 6,000 women every single day.
As the average life expectancy increases, women are spending more than one-third of their lives in menopause.
…and this doesn’t even include perimenopause, the transition period leading into menopause.
The World Health Organization now considers social, psychological, and physical health support during the menopausal transition and after menopause should be an integral part of health care.
But there are shockingly few resources available to women. This results in many - 34% of women to be exact - never being formally assessed or diagnosed as being in menopause.
In fact, 73% of women claim they’re currently doing nothing about their menopause symptoms.
Here’s the thing:
You don’t have to rely on someone else to feel your best.
Imagine knowing everything that’s happening with your body. Understanding your treatment options. Feeling better through the menopause transition journey because you have the tools you need. You know how to find a qualified doctor and exactly what questions to ask so you can finally get relief.

Meet Dr. Alex Reyes
Board-Certified Gynecologist & Menopause Specialist
Mastering Midlife & Menopause has been a dream of mine since I started working with patients more than a decade ago. I spoke with so many women who were confused, frustrated, and afraid of the changes in their mental and physical health as they approached midlife. When I started experiencing midlife myself, I understood the impact perimenopause and menopause symptoms have firsthand. I knew that to reach as many women as possible, I needed to pour myself into building an evidence-based course focused on empowering women in this stage of life.
A Sneak Peek at What’s Inside
Sure, you could keep spending money on random over-the-counter products, buy books that aren’t really helping, and spend hours doomscrolling the internet.

This course is perfect for anyone who wants to understand the impact of hormone changes, manage symptoms, and feel their best during their midlife years. The age range most applicable for this course is 35-65+. Whether you’re currently in midlife or preparing for what’s to come, this course will help you take control of your hormone health.
-
If you’re interested in one-on-one medical advice or want to discuss specific symptoms or concerns, booking an appointment is a great option.
This course does not include personal medical advice, nor does it represent a patient-physician relationship. The course provides more educational content than I can review with you in a single office visit. No one knows you as well as your personal physician, who reviews your medical and family history, takes a detailed inventory of your symptoms, and has your lab testing and results.
However, to equip yourself with the info to navigate your midlife journey alongside your healthcare team, handle ongoing symptoms, and better understand what to expect during menopause, this course will help provide you with those resources. If you’ve wanted to be my patient but are outside of the state of Florida, this course is for you!
I recommend doing both a visit and the course, if possible. In fact, if you book a virtual visit with me, I will give you the course for free! Click here to schedule your visit.

Some of this information is available on my website or other social media sites; however, social media posts don’t provide the level of information in this course. Instead of a 90-second reel, you will receive hours of organized video content, an interactive workbook, and access to a private online social networking community where a board-certified GYN and menopause specialist (me!) will personally answer your questions.
The course information is organized into self-paced, easy-to-follow modules that build upon a foundation of knowledge. Much of what you see online is spotty or random information that, without a foundational understanding of hormones and the menopause transition, is either not applicable to you or difficult to understand and apply.
